Plans and availability
Which Missived plan includes each developer and integration feature, how many of each a workspace may have, and how the API answers when a plan doesn't include something.
Missived has four plans: Free, Ministry (churches, ministries and non-profits), Creator (streamers and gaming communities) and Business. Prices and everything else each plan includes are on the pricing page. A server your organisation runs itself has every feature switched on.
Ministry and Creator have smaller Starter sizes with the same features. Business is $10 per active user a month, or $8.00 per month billed yearly, with a 3-seat minimum ($30 a month), at every size and includes Ministry and Creator features, with cameras up to 1440p and screen share up to 4K. Enterprise is $20 per user a month, or $16.00 billed yearly, from 50 users on a dedicated instance. Every paid plan can add storage without changing its people size: ask from Org Settings; no charge is made by the app.
What each plan includes
A tick means the plan includes it. A number is how many the workspace may have at once (webhooks, feeds, servers and so on); a dash means the plan doesn't include it.
Features in the table with no limit of their own, such as personal tokens, files and calendar feeds, are on every plan. Files still follow the plan's upload size and storage.
When a plan doesn't include a feature
The API answers 403 with code: "plan_required", the plans that include it, and a link to the pricing page:
{
"error": "This needs the Ministry or Business plan.",
"code": "plan_required",
"feature": "ministryIntegrations",
"plans": ["COMMUNITY", "BUSINESS"],
"upgrade": true,
"upgradeUrl": "https://missived.com/pricing"
}
plans uses the plans' ids: ROOM is Free, COMMUNITY is Ministry, CREATOR is Creator and BUSINESS is Business. A self-hosted server sends no upgradeUrl.
When a workspace already has as many of something as its plan allows (incoming webhooks, event subscriptions, feeds and so on), making one more answers 403 with upgrade: true and an error that says the limit was reached. Delete one, or move to a plan with a higher number.
After a plan changes
A plan gate refuses making and changing things, not reading or deleting them. A workspace that moves to a plan without a feature can still see what it made and remove it. Native integrations that post on their own (feeds, streaming alerts, supporter cards, Planning Center, the verse of the day) stop running while the plan doesn't include them, and start again when it does.
Things that also need server setup
Some integrations talk to another company's API with an app registration or key that the server's operator sets up once: the GitHub app, Twitch, YouTube Live, Kick, Patreon, Steam and email into a channel. Their cards on the Overview say Needs server setup. On the hosted service, ask us at [email protected].
